End User License Agreement

Meisterhaus Dashboard is private, internal software. It is built by Meisterhaus Inc. for the sole use of Meisterhaus Inc. and its own staff and contractors. It is not sold, licensed, distributed or made available to the public, and it is not listed on the QuickBooks App Store.

1. License

Meisterhaus Inc. ("Meisterhaus") grants its own employees and engaged contractors a non-transferable, revocable license to use the Meisterhaus Dashboard application (the "Application") solely for the internal business operations of Meisterhaus. No license is granted to any other person or entity.

2. Permitted use

The Application reads accounting data from the Meisterhaus QuickBooks Online company for internal management reporting, and writes class (project) assignments back to transactions in that same company. It is used to produce job-level cost and revenue reporting and to correct the project coding of transactions already recorded by Meisterhaus.

3. Restrictions

The Application may not be used with any QuickBooks Online company other than the Meisterhaus Inc. company it is authorized against.
The Application may not be copied, sublicensed, resold, or provided as a service to third parties.
Credentials and tokens issued to the Application may not be shared outside Meisterhaus.

4. Ownership

Meisterhaus retains all right, title and interest in the Application. Intuit retains all right, title and interest in QuickBooks Online and its APIs. Nothing here transfers ownership of either.

5. No warranty

The Application is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Meisterhaus is responsible for verifying any figure the Application reports before relying on it for accounting, tax or contractual purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meisterhaus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if the Application's authorization to the Meisterhaus QuickBooks Online company is revoked, or at the discretion of Meisterhaus.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
